5. Individual Session Scheduling

Individual Modern Italian or French Language Coaching and Italian Opera Text Coaching sessions are scheduled through Calendly.

When you schedule a session, Calendly may collect information such as your name, email address, scheduling preferences, answers to booking questions, and other information you choose to provide.

Calendly processes this information according to its own privacy practices.

6. Workshop Registration

Registration for Lingua & Libretto workshops is managed through Ticket Tailor.

When you register for a workshop, Ticket Tailor may collect information necessary to process your registration, communicate event details, and facilitate payment.

Depending on the registration form, this may include:

responses to registration questions
accessibility information you choose to provide

Payment information associated with workshop registration may be processed by Stripe or another payment service integrated with Ticket Tailor.

If an inquiry appears to be a potential fit, we may invite you to schedule an organizational inquiry call through Calendly.

Files or downloadable resources may be hosted through Dropbox or another file-hosting provider.

Workshop recordings are not provided as participant replays.
