Four independent live workshops examine different questions singers and musicians encounter when preparing Italian repertoire.
Choose among pronunciation research, stress and verse, poetic Italian, and literary convention. Each workshop gives you a practical method you can apply to repertoire beyond the examples used in the session.
The workshops are not a course sequence and can be taken in any order.

Opera Text Coaching
For specific repertoire in active preparation
Private Italian text coaching for singers, collaborative pianists, vocal coaches, and conductors working on a particular aria, recitative, audition excerpt, role passage, or production.
Bring your score, text, questions, and current stage of preparation. The session can address pronunciation, grammar, syntax, poetic structure, register, historical context, character relationship, and the implications of the Italian for diction, phrasing, breath, and interpretation.
