When you book, you will complete a short intake form describing what you want to work on, your current level, and any relevant context. You are also welcome to upload a document, textbook pages, or a short recording so the session can begin with focus and purpose.
If your goals are unclear from the intake form, you may be invited to schedule a brief discovery call before the session so the time is used as effectively as possible

10-Session Continuing Study Package

A structured, cumulative course of study built around a textbook selected for your level and goals. For learners who want real, sustained progress in Italian or French rather than occasional targeted work.
Over ten sessions, you will develop grammar, vocabulary, phonetics, listening, speaking, and reading in a progressive and methodical way. Each session builds on the last. Assignments are available between sessions for learners who want structured practice outside the hour.

What you need for sessions
All sessions are delivered live via Zoom. To get the most out of every session, please have the following ready before you join:
A quiet, distraction-free environment. Background noise affects the quality of pronunciation work and spoken practice significantly.
A good quality microphone. The built-in microphone on most laptops is adequate, but a dedicated USB or headset microphone makes a noticeable difference.
Headphones. Headphones reduce audio feedback and help you focus on listening without distraction.
A notebook and pen. Writing things down by hand supports retention in ways that typing does not.
A computer rather than a tablet or phone. Document sharing, screen visibility, and Zoom functionality all work more reliably on a computer. A tablet or phone can work in a pinch but is not recommended as your primary device.
For sessions involving a textbook, have your textbook open and ready before the session begins.
